This is a little late in coming, but after asking for help and getting plenty of suggestions I fiddled with my weight belt placement and tightness. I actually settled on raising it on both squats and deads and leaving it a bit loose and pushing out on it with my"power gut" LOL.
Honestly, I have never gotten more out of my belt than using it this way!
So, a big thanks TID strongmen and women, you made my lifts go up just from tweaking my belt!
