Squat 160 6 sets of 5 knee still hurt but I suffered through because I hate not training.
havent done any upper because of shoulder though.
pull ups, push ups, band push down, knee raises.
Deloads don't really make me feel better. Maybe I do it wrong. Perhaps in place of Deloads I should take a week off.
i have passed initial selection for my new job. I have to go through a bunch of medical and psych tests next few weeks. If I make it through, I may have a forced break in June.
