Im gonna try this routine for about 12 weeks and see what happens.

Monday- Chest

Flat Bench 6x6 to Faliure
Incline 3x6 To Failure (Switch to Close Grip EOW)

Wednesday- Back
BArbell Rows 6x6 Failure
Weighted Pullups 3x6 Failure
Straight Bar Curls 135lbs 4x6

Friday- Legs
High Rep Squats 225 for 6x15
Leg Extentions
Ham Curls
Calve Raises.

Cycle:

750mg Test C a week
EQ (Bold Cyp) 600mg a week
Superdrol 20mg a day

Calories 4500-5000 a day

I bet anything i fucking explode.

Too much rest.....You want mass, work your body parts 2x a week boy. Work more not less.....Not sure y people expect results by working out less. You have enough gear to prevent overtraining, plus your young. When I was your age I could never envision taking off 4 days a week and expect to grow. Maybe I am a dinosaur when it comes to training. You're young , you're on cycle you don't need to go overboard but your routine could stand more volume . Especially if you are resting so much. No need to alternate rows and deads , you could stand to add them maybe alternate rack deads with regular. Alternate a rowing movement with shrugging . Great routine but I see it as good for an intermediate adv beginner ?? If you rest all days you write increase volume, if not decrease time between body parts

Have you ever tried volume training to see how your body responds? i was scared of volume my whole life until i tried it recently and it has transformed my figure at the same weight.

you definitely need more volume in there regardless. my wife trains harder than you....
