Eating like a beast and training like crazy, seen a couple pound gain, but i think its from the food. THANKS to all who helped!!!

Agree with J-dub, brother make the routine simple. Have a chest day, back day, shoulder day, etc... get a good five exercises with 3-4 sets and 8-10 reps per set. While beginning stay away from doing the back/bi's and chest/tri's. Keep pushing yourself and eat eat eat then the gains will come.
