Took most of last week of from lifting, anything I did was deload and not worthy of reporting. Trying to kick a pesky cold, think it's finally gone.
3/10, Event Training with Alanna C. at Flex Gym
Yoke x 60 ft. 300/350/400/450. Did a new, wider hold on the top crossbar to keep the damn thing from swinging. It's a pretty wide yoke. No drops, went well.
Farmer's x 60 ft., 135 x 60, turn, 60 back. 175 x 60, turn, 60 back. 190x60, 14 seconds. 4 seconds shorter than last week's PR with 200 lbs a hand.
Yoke Picks. For pure shits and giggles, we did yoke pics. I got 550 and 575.
Prowler Drag/Push Medley, 60 ft each way - first one was 190 lbs, second one was 200 lbs. Pushed the prowler back to the truck with 170 lbs on it.
