What a workout!!! The prowler and yoke work just made me sick LOL.... So the Arnold qualifier is in Orlando, maybe I have to go and watch some of that quick drive for me from here!
It was pretty fun, training outside in the cold on the torn up asphalt, lol. Makes everything easier when you compete. Think you will really enjoy the Arnold qualifier contest, here's the link http://www.nastrongman.com/pdf/2011/orlando122.pdf

BB Push Press from Rack, bar x 5, 95x3, 115x3, 125x1, 130x1, 115x3. Not feeling the press today, just not very fierce.
Flat DB Bench Press, 4x10, 30/35/40/45
Keiser Bike, 20 minutes.

Had a 'state of the gym' discussion with the owner and operations manager, that cut into my training time. Will do triceps, abs, and sprint intervals tomorrow.

I don't stop on here often enough...

It's your house so I will leave out my thoughts on cross fit, but damn nice farmers walks! Yokes look good too! Straight business in here. Nice workin MM :)

You are always welcome here, POB. Don't be a stranger! I did that CrossFit comp to prove that strongwomen are more than just big, strong people, we can do pull-ups and run and stuff, too! Plus, it was a shit-ton of work, and I wanted to see if I could do it. Was a good experience.
So glad to have Alanna to train with on Saturdays! Can tell already that an extra set of eyes is helping me get better. Shooting for much, much better times on these events next week when I am rested and ready.
