Those 15x2 sets are a bit tough to predict how you feel at the end, but it looks like you may have undershot that RPE. It happens, I did on my first go-around. I would have pegged your 15x2 day to be around 330-335. The good thing is that you'll be able to do it again in three or four weeks. :)

Congrats on the deadlift PR...and really strong bench press session!!!! With RUM on the horizon, looks like your strength is surging at just the right time. Ride the wave!

Looks like all my lifts are starting to take off again, even my crappy squat

Lol its getting there. My it band pain started coming back. But I've been foam rolling my whole quad before training and it's gotten better. Feel alot more loose and depth has improved as well.

Good stuff, and yeah all those doubles at 500 ... I can see why your hands were really to disintegrate off the bone.

How did you pull 500 for that many ****ing doubles lol... that is shocking. Your poor hands dude wow...

Make sure you get some hammer curls in this week please. 4 or 5 sets of 15. Very light. Just to offset all the pulling and avoid any elbow pain.

Went up 5lbs from last time. I knew it was there, warm ups felt light so I was like **** it why not. 600 isnt gonna pull itself. Im also sure all the other guys competing at RUM are busting their asses (and hands lol) as well.


Did I count that right, 14? Fuuuuuuuuck!!

Haha yea dude. It actually wasn't that bad, the worst parts were the knurling tearing up my hands and my hands sticking to my legs towards the end.
