Strangely enough through twitter, it's still quite a small community in the UK always been a fan if strongman and I'd followed a few people and got a few follows back. Posted I fancy doing some and got a message back from someone who knew one of the top natural guys who happened to train Hull where I live and told me how he runs a training session at a local gym. Got in touch and went down and been going since. Good bunch of guys with plenty of knowledge. Found alot of strongman stuff Is technique, pure strength only gets you so far.

WTF!!! How do I go from pulling 212.5 x 2 twice last week on deads with no belt or straps to not even being able to get 187.5 off the floor fully gimped up?!? Proper pissed off now, don't know if it's cause I'm training in the morning instead of the night today but ****ed my full mindset up. Thrown my toys out of the pram and gonna go back to it tonight.
