Got home late from work tonight and then helped my daughters with homework so didn't have time for tea before training but happy to say I felt like freaking killed it! Kept it nice and simple tonight just socks, chalk and the now infamous tights:-

Tuesday - Day 2 - Coan (in kg's warmup omitted)

Deadlifts

212.5 x 2

Speed Deadlift - 90 sec rest between sets

6 sets of 175 x 3

Stiff Legged Deadlift - 90 sec rest between sets

3 sets 110 x 5

2min rest

Barbell bent over row - 90 sec rest between sets

3 sets 70 x 5

2 min rest

Reverse Grip Lat Pulldown - 90 sec rest between sets

3 sets 60 x 8

2 min rest

Wide grip Pull-up - guess what - 90 sec rest between sets

3 sets BW x 5

Knackered now and my hands are killing me, I have claws now and am typing with 1 finger but feel epic.

Awesome day, enjoy the rest tomm. Eat plenty n leave the nut huggers home if venturing off to school! Haha, u had me fukn dying when I read that thread :)

Well done fella. There are times when I've gotten all the way home driving passed the gym and knew that I would be cheating myself.

Even our guys that log here, we hold each other accountable almost to the point of not wanting to let everyone else down lol.

Way to muscle through it.

Cheers guys, i gotta admit i'm feeling beat up today but in a good way :) . The log is helping to be fair, seeing what everyone else is shifting is motivating me to keep going and i've got to say i have caught myself thinking i'm "too tired for this last set/rep" and thought no i have to finish otherwise it will be obvious in my log i quit early.

Sat for 12hrs at work didn't do me any good last night, had a right pain in my neck and left trap/delt this morning so couple of Ibuprofen and Paracetamol before bed which took the edge off. Woke up ok though so cracked on with training, was slightly surreal as had my 7 year old daughter training with me this afty. I think she's been watching over my shoulder at the vids of CT Fletcher though as she was proper giving it some today, god knows what the neighbours thought at her shouting "Come on Daddy you can do it, no quitting till another rep!" out of the mouths of babes :) anyway:-
