Check out Carditone....It's an herb....I get it on Amazon....brought mine down 20 points in 6 weeks.

I have a bottle of that also from amazon, haven't taken it though.

Did you experience any sides from it?

Ok so here's how the situation is playing out. Both sides of family have high bp but I haven't been diagnosed with it. Being on 25mg test p ed and 20 mg dbol ed started causing me nosebleeds. I went to check my bp today and the machine set off the bleed that lasted about 20 min. I have an appointment later this week. From what I have read I can't introduce baby aspirin until I get the nose bleeds under control. Is my only option to back off the dbol until I can get baby aspirin dosing started? In hindsight I guess I should have done that in the first place.

I'd back off the DBol. Probably holding too much water. Might want to look into an OTC diuretic like Diurex in the meantime.

If it were me, I'd back off the DBol, take an OTC Diuretic and see a Doc ASAP. Sounds like your BP might be really high.

Watch and cut your sodium also!!! Very important! !!

Acouple important questions should be asked 1st.
Your age, weight, and MOST importantly what is your current 'on cycle' BP?
Some may be ok with 'OTC' herbs, TBH I have never heard of baby aspirin lowering BP , I know it thins the blood and prevents clots. My Doc reccomends it with my bp meds
Yes you can safely take BP meds with aas, I am on Lisinprol and use hydrochlorothiazide occasionally. It has not affected my libido at all. With your family background and symptons you need to see a doc and get professional advice. BP is nothing to play with especially when you add aas, I wouldn't play around with this condition
Good Luck

Hawthorn Berry can work, I've experienced it. More than once.

Baby aspirin is a thinner, maybe in conjunction with Hawthorn it can work... never used it for that.

Thanks for the baby aspirin timing, woodswise. I tend to take my vites at night, that would fit the last post feeding supp schedule just fine. Coincidentally, that is when I use it.

Cialis in the daily 5 mg dose should also help. Bro science says at 20 - 40mg a day, but medically 5mg I think is what is peddled.

Age: 23
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 183 lb
Bf: 15-17%
Bp on: was 141/90
I took a reading standing yesterday which can be in stoke levels. So I waited ten min and tried again sitting down. That's when it came in at 141/90 and set off a nose bleed.

I take Co-Q, Hawthorne Berry and aspirin at bed time, along with essential fatty acids (fish oil tablets). Also I try to drink 1gallon of water each day.

If your family are prone to high bp and your reading is consistently high, get medical help. Good luck bro.

Yea that's what I'm doin. Should four days off dbol be enough for it to come back down to normal levels?

I don't know how much I would trust one of those machines.
