Meal 3
1 cup of brown rice
10 ounces of green beans
6 ounces of chicken breast
Meal 4
6 ounces of chicken breast
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil or macadamia nut oil
Supplements: 10 grams of glutamine, 5 grams of creatine
Meal 5
6 ounces of chicken breast
10 ounces of green beans
Meal 6
6 ounces of top round steak / 1 cup asparagus , green beans or broccoli
Meal 7
60 gram protein drink
Meal 8
6 ounces of chicken breast
1 tablespoon of flax oil
Supplements: 10 grams of glutamine
I will switch up protein with
Turkey breast
pork
lean ground turkey
lean ground beef
lean beef
greek yogurt
