So here is my plan.. I will call today and set up a blood test for next wensday by then i should be close to 200.. It looks like i lose 100 points a week.
So in 2 1/2 months I went down around 500 points.. I can tell you that having low test is rough.. I feel weak and soft and have little energy to want to do anything.. It kinda feels like never really waking up just dragging along..

There also seem to be some kind of depression or loss of that alpha male feeling.. Sex drive is all but gone but still checking out all the lady's as they walk by .. Morning wood is gone but my goods still work .. There is still plenty of wood in the bat so sexual function is still possible..

I am gaining stomach fat at a huge rate and look like a bloated sick dog . I am hungry all the time ..

Any questions are welcomed and anything you might want to add also would be great.. Maybe i can learn something here.. So once i start up again I will be taking monthly blood test as i move along..

I just did my blood test at the doctors office.. I am going in for a full physical this friday.. Going by my blood test for the last 3 months i should be close to 200..

Well i did not get my script yet.. Frist he said my test levels are 300 and that's bullshit.. He said at my age the level could be as low as 170 to 700.. I have also had a sleeping problem for years so on halloween i have to go to a sleep center..

All my blood work was good except my bad cholesterol is 248.. He put me on lipator to try and get it down..

The doc said that my low test could be because of my sleeping trouble .. He said TRT is not out of the question so ihave to go back in feb to see where i am at..

so what to do now ???

Run some prop to make sure i stay shut down and stop 3 weeks before my next test ??
Maybe do some dnp & T3 with no test to lose all the weight i put on ?
Maybe just a quick blast say test prop and tren ace for 6 weeks ??

HMMM not sure where to go from here ..

Any body have any ideas ??

So I have been waiting to start because of my sleep test and I just got the results.. The test shows that i wake up 16 times a hour.. I woke up over 96 times in a 6 hour period ...That's why i have not slept in years ..

I am still suffering from sleep depravation i have not slept hard enough to dream in many years . I have been using a cpap machine with little to no progress.. I have still not used any steroids from 8/01/ and still not on.
I cant wait any longer my health is getting worse and i have depression that i cant shake .. I have gained a massive amount of stomach fat and continue to gain weight at a alarming rate.. Do to my job i am either working or home trying to rest . I work from noon till midnight 7 days a week..

The last time i worked, trained with my sleep apnea i was driving in zombie mode and actually hit a women in a cross walk in NYC.
She was not hurt but it scared the **** out of me .. It seems the only way i can function is work and nap every 10 minutes while home as much as possible..

I am going to have to start training and get back on or will continue to get worse.. My wife see falling deep and deeper into depression ..

Ok so here is what i am planning on doing..

Just a basic diet for now...



Meal 1
1/2 cup of oatmeal (measured dry)
6 egg whites

Meal 2
60 gram low carb protein drink
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oilor macadamia nut oil

Meal 3
1 cup of brown rice
10 ounces of green beans
6 ounces of chicken breast

Meal 4
6 ounces of chicken breast
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil or macadamia nut oil
Supplements: 10 grams of glutamine, 5 grams of creatine

Meal 5
6 ounces of chicken breast
10 ounces of green beans

Meal 6
6 ounces of top round steak / 1 cup asparagus , green beans or broccoli

Meal 7
60 gram protein drink

Meal 8
6 ounces of chicken breast
1 tablespoon of flax oil
Supplements: 10 grams of glutamine


I will switch up protein with
Turkey breast
pork
lean ground turkey
lean ground beef
lean beef
greek yogurt
