What would be the best way to bring up my traps, low rep heavy shrugs or lighter weight higher rep shrugs?? Mine are lacking, or at least not nearly as big as I'd like them. I would def appreciate any advice. Thanks!!!

DB Shrugs squeeze at the top 3-4 sec reverse shrugs w/ bar behind back. That does it for me. 4 sets of 10

I keep my trap work simple. 4 sets of barbell shrugs going heavy to the point of 8 reps. 2-3 sets of dumbbell shrugs then finish with plate shrugs. With these I grab a 45lb plate in each hand and shrug for about 30 reps just to get a good burn.

As obvious as this sounds trap bar deadlifts are good if you have access to one. I dont get to use one much but I do heavy deadlifts and for a girl my traps are pretty decent.

Both DB and BB, as heavy as I can go. But I must not be lifting heavy enough on d/l, I haven't seen any effects from those.
