Proper Squats to prevent injury

Saw a friend go through the same back-op and he asked me for help. I told him to box squat, box squat, and box squat some more!

Now he can box squat 144 kilos (~315 lbs) for 12 reps. (With belt and wraps.)

BUT it took him close to a year to reach that number.
