Hello, could someone help me create a workout routine for this exercise card? I'm a beginner and don't know how to do it. thanks
Squat: 4x12
Lunge with dumbbell: 4x16
Romanian deadlift with dumbbell: 4x10
Leg press: 3x12
Leg curl: 3x15
Calf raise: 4x20
