Yesterday was BP Day:
worked up to 225 x 9 on the bench
CG Incl Bench 135x10, 185x3,3,4,4
PullUps BW x 6,6,6,6,6,6
DB Front Raises 30x10,10, 35x10, 40x10
Yesterday was squat day:
worked up to 310 x 7 (with a couple left in the tank)
Rack Pulls (below knee) 315 x 5, 5 405x2, 2 455 x 1 (definitely had more in me)
OlySquat 185 x 10,10,10 (again, these were done fast, gonna be heavier next time)
Incl Situps 2x lots
Power Shrug 2 x lots @135 (light weight)
GM 135 x 10,10
Actually a really good session, felt strong throughout, even though i didn't sleep great the night before. This nxt 4 weeks, the weights on the assistance work is going to go up by big jumps. I'm lookin' forward to moving some bigger numbers soon.
Tuesday was DL Day:
Worked up to 440x4 (with a few in the tank)
then Low Box Squat - worked up to 335 x 1, 1 (these felt really strong)
SumoSLDL - 225 x 3 sets of 10 or so
Shrugs - 2 sets of lots
Leg Curl - 2 sets of a bunch
Hanging Leg Raises - BW 2 sets of 8 ish (my grip was done at this point, should start doing these earlier, haha)
Yesterday was BP day:
worked up to 235 x 8
then CGBP up to 225 x 3 (these felt strong)
Then some Pullups BW x 6,6,6,6,5 (stopped when reps drop below 6)
And some front raises with a plate 45lb plate x lots
Should have done some cardio this morning, but was being lazy, I'll probably do cardio tomorrow and most likely sunday as well.
Squats yesterday:
worked up to 325 x 4 (with a couple in the tank)
then rack pulls @405 for 5 triples
then Oly Squats @ 225 for 4 sets of 7
then some situps, shrugs, and 45degree extensions
