Just an update on fatness. I am at 240lbs and will stay here thru Oct 8th for the meet. After that I want to seriously shred the fuck up. Might actually hire someone to direct me in this...

I have been as high as 287 at 5'11" and honestly I just feel better at this weight. Less joint and back pains mostly. Not so out of breath all the time.

Worked up to 315 x 5 and nerve pain in the elbows suggested I do 4 back offs rather than 5x5 here. Little disappointed but not much.
275 4 x5 all good clean reps.

Pin squats with SSB... fuck these. So much harder than you would think
Worked up to 385 x 3
Back offs 315 x 4 x 3

Pec fly with bands... my fucking pecs feel like beef jerky. Felt good to move some blood around in there.

Hammer curls 5 second tempo at 30lbs.

Team had an awesome bench day. Hitting PR's in over reach? A testament to the conditioning hell that is Bully Yoga

Oh. I'm glad I stopped in to check on your thread. You don't need to hire anyone to harden up and lose some extra BF. Wtf we'll talk. You look good btw. Before I even read your comment I was thinking lets harden this boy up some.

Have you tried using safety chains instead of pins for the concentric squats? I like using the safety chain better then pins personally. I feel like I can get set up better with the chains.

Yeah I have done them in the spud straps before. I actually prefer the pins. I kept rocking around with the straps.

But we're all addictive idiots....no need to shred the fuck up now that your joints are lubed up nicely. Why dry them out while trying to strength train? Just sayin, it doesn't fit your typical protocol and now you look the best that I've ever seen you.
