Back on topic...my pet peeve myths...

1. Eating breakfast will magically make you leaner and builds more muscle
2. Eating carbs after a certain time in the evening
3. Eating every 2-3 hours increases metabolism and prevents catabolism. Yes, I said it, it's a damn myth.

Don't forget the Anabolic Window brah.

Most def not me.. I have hit a full hard ass deadlift workout and went straight to bed eating no food and woke up heavier. So **** that myth in the ass with POBs small ROD

Best I can tell from other threads, about 30-40% of the members here hold to that.

I Can't deny protein synthesis and haven't had anyone prove me otherwise but I don't stress it....but for recovery, the carb replenishment post workout makes a big difference in my energy levels especially if I workout for my lunch break at work. So I need the carbs for energy and to transport the protein anyhow but I'm not watching the clock by any means.
