Saturday: bench in the garage; not great but I got up to a few singles at 295 then a triple at 315 with the slingshot, a few singles at 335 with SS, and 275 for 8 with SS
Sunday: squats in the gym; got up to 425 sleeves only. a few singles at 435 with belt and a triple at 405 with the belt to finish off.
I hear ya... I'm " " this close to switching to sumo b/c I just can't seem to get my conventional set-up to feel right. I hate to switch but I mean it can't get worse.
Perhaps change things up a bit... Hell, you're still killing it.
Just my .02 but at your age and your situation (meaning you're stable financially), I'd get on HRT + GH. I don't know how difficult it would be in your area though but if it's a possibility I'd look into it.
