Upper back Friday.

Shit-ton of pulldowns then meadows rows to 150 lbs for many sets but only 3 reps per set this week.

Barbell curls and I got 6 good clean strict reps with 95lbs.

wtf am I a bodybuilder now?

Even though I did deadlifts on Sunday I did them again today because I want to get back on track to squatting on Sunday.

Did a bit better, despite some neck and forearm pain.

Felt really good and strong today. Amazeballs.

Shit-ton of pulldowns then meadows rows to 150 lbs for a few sets of 6 reps then 175 lbs for 3 sets of 3 reps. b00m!

Only tried 175 once before and didn't even get 1 decent rep.

I did some barbell curls but my arms were smoked from all the back work so I only got 3 sets of 6 good clean reps at 75 lbs.

Squaterday

Hot as fuck here but I couldn't go to the gym because I am smoking a 7lb brisket on my grill so I had to be here to check on it occasionally so I trained in the garage. First real squat session with the mono attachment so I didn't do anything spectacular; just getting used to it.
