Benched Saturday in the garage. It was rough; only worked up to singles at 275 and no slingshot.

Benched again on the holiday Monday in the garage. Pretty much a carbon copy of Saturday's session.

Back to the gym today for deadlifts. First DL session since before my vacation. Triples through 405 chalk only and singles to 505 with a belt.

Hopefully I can put this bad funk behind me and get back to lifting heavy again....

Shoulders today.

Seated BTN press: Worked up to a single at 185.

Shrugs on the standing calf machine: 5 sets of 12 whole stack; 187.5 kg.
