Had an OK session today. No spotter, so I was being conservative. Could have done more easily.

I hate asking random gym dudes to spot me. No one knows how to spot and they always ruin my set my crowding me, touching the bar, etc.

I trust Mrs Flex and I never do anything stupid so I don't need her to lift 300+ lbs off me, I just maybe need her to take a few lbs off and help me rack if I fail.

Squats tomorrow and I had two bacon double cheeseburgers after my workout today (from this local place that is like as close to home-made as you can get and still be fast food) so hopefully I'll have a good session. :D

I completely understand. I only have SS and a couple other people spot me/give me a lift off. Some jackass can bring the bar to far out, can yank it up (taking you out of your set up), not even aid in the lift off, etc... It's smarter to rely on yourself and save it for another day than risk it.
