    I have felt like absolute shit the last few days. Couldn't even eat lunch 3 days I a row and almost went home sick from work yesterday. But I am stubborn as fuck and have only missed 5 days of work due to illness in my entire career and have a perfect attendance record at this company.

    So no training this morning. Ate a massive bowl of Bolognese pasta last night then slept for nearly 12 hours and came into work late. Didn't even set my alarm.

    Not feeling 100% today but not feeling like death either.

    Mrs Flex takes good care of me. <3

    Been 3 weeks since my last deadlift session where I pulled a hammy or whatever.

    Wasn't expecting much but pleasantly surprised. Pulled 545 with my belt and it wasn't a grinder.
