Nice presses. Do you find the higher rep ranges at the lower weights help? I've been doing that and find my shoulder plays much nicer afterwards

I was EXTREMELY careful squatting today after my neck issue last week.

Definitely felt some discomfort in my neck; just focused on keeping tight and it didn't really hold me back too much.

Nice deep paused 5 plater with sleeves only; felt really good and strong.

545 wrapped and I'm sure I could have squeezed out 565 but I was way out of time.

Next week I am either going to get up at 4:30 on Friday or squat on Saturday so I don't have any time constraints. I think it's about time for a 6 plate belted squat, but it takes me a lot of time to work up to that.

You gotta make bigger jumps then 20lbs. If you're going ME... make those bigger jumps so you're fresher at the end.

The name of the game when you're trying to go as heavy as possible that given day is to be fresh and warm when you hit those heavy singles. Don't waste your time with light sets.

I'll try that next time. Easier said than done at 5:30am. At that time everything feels fucking heavy and I gotta sneak up on the heavy shit.
