ok Power people....anybody using halo?

Question from a powerlifting friend...anybody in PL using halo, and if so...whats the usual methods for power...only people I know that use it are body builders, and that is not necessarily the same schedule/dose etc.

I recommend nothing longer than a 4wk cycle limited to no more than 2-3 cycles per year. Doses can range from 40-80mg e/d.

So..for powerlifting it is every day dosing too...he thought the use might differ from bodybuilding...and at the price it is, it isnt hard to limit it to a short run LOL

Halo for pl'r should be takin ed most would say, IMO I only take it on workout days takin all at once preworkout.

First time I took halo it was 3hr before the workout, took 40mgs and added an easy 25lbs+ to my squat.

I've never run Halo before but 40-80mg/ed seems a little high from what I've read. Am I wrong?

All i can say is Flat is one strong fucker. Not to mention when he talks many will listen, especially with his track record.
