why dont you just post a real pic?

i have only a shitty cellphone cam and it doesnt show it at all. i can only see it in real life or with a good camera

basically what I am saying it goes > my lats being widest, then my oblique bones are wider than the space between my lats and oblique bone

Normal for your average gym-goer? No. Normal for that guy is when it starts to hurt, he moves on to leg presses, if he squats at all.

Normal for your hardcore bodybuilder? No. Normal for that guy is actually puking after, or during, squats, and then finishing and moving on to other leg exercises.

Normal for a guy who is starting to take lifting really seriously? Yes, and congratulations bro.

awww... I remember my first time I puked at the gym... It was on some romanian deadlifts... Was kinda feeling the acid reflux before the set started. Had 405 on it, at rep two dropped the bar and RAN!!! Made it to the chalk bucket lol...

Don't let that discourage you - cherish it! Keep hitting that squat rack!

my philosophy is squat til you puke and then wipe your mouth and squat some more!
normal? well, that depends on your definition of the word. i say yes, if you are at the gym pushing your absolute physical limits and then, just when you cant put up one more rep and you cant see straight and you are 3 deep breaths from passing out, you do one more set!

sorry for not posting lately, I messed up my forearm recently and went to the doctor, and I got tendonitis.

I asked why and he said that since I have been working out my muscles became strong faster than my tendons could catch up.

he said I am going to have to wait about 2-3 weeks to start even doing moderate lifting again. Is there anything I can do too speed this up because I almost get depressed if I can't work out.
