Yes, it's my understanding that The state of Nevada is the jurisdiction of NSAC. Whoever signs him to fight in another state will have to worry about chaping the commission when they return to Vegas. I don't think UFC, Bellator or even Rage in Cage will find Nick worth the trouble.

Japan is his best bet.
Are there any fights for him in japan? I know kron is fighting in japan in some small time league

not that I know of right now.Hes not even close to being able to fight in the ufc.he needs another 5-10 mma fights

yeah that first one was slow-paced, and the opponent was purposefully easy.

Nevada Commission can only govern in the State of Nevada, other States could care less what Nevada thinks or says.....If he fights in another State and flunks their drug test, then he will have to pay the penalty in that State.....
