Halo- Not sure on my current stats as far as lifts go.It has been so long since I have maxed I'm kinda clueless as to where I am at .
Over the next few weeks I will be maxing on some things and figuring it out.

5/3/1 I have had alot of success with it.Of course some things are a bit more tailored for endurance and conditioning so I guess a modified 5/3/1

I was missing you today so I broke my two month silence on here (for no reason other than I just haven't).

Nice goals sista!!! Stop the crap and try some PL for a while. It's right up your alley with lifts like that. Damn you on the yoke picks. We're still doing that? I was looking forward to not doing it and calling the 925 good. Guess not.

Perhaps THAT will be my Thanksgiving Challenge since I haven't decided on one. You in for it tomorrow?

Its' talk with my advisers. I think 1K on my yoke is gonna be tough. You know my yoke. Maybe I will shoot for Sat. then. Lemme negotiate.

I think if we are gonna go after 1000 we should both do it on the same yoke . So maybe in a few months we can go after it together.

Nice. I personally feel 5/3/1 is the best strength training template out there. It'll be interesting to see the changes and keep track of your progress.

Cardio for the past 3 days .I tend to not log my cardio much .It is pretty boring to log.I been walking on the trails . I want to hike Beacon Rock within the next few weeks .This is Beacon Rock : Beacon Rock - Hiking in Portland, Oregon and Washington
