Nice work! You shouldn't lose any muscle unless you go into a really bad calorie deficit. What you lose is water and glycogen out of the muscle. Being on keto your muscles are going to be flat as paper, so it might appear you are losing muscle, but it is still there.

Nothing exciting today.
Worked 12 hours so I watched part of "Ali" and did 10 miles on bike.
