Well I still felt energetic so I went ahead and did shoulders.
Dumbbell press 8 sets 40-65lbs.
Lat raise machine 5x 10 150lbs.
Rear delt machine 5x10 120lbs.
Shrugs on Smith machine 5x10 165lbs.

Monday morning.
Got up early to get in some cardio before work.
5.5 miles bike.
.75 mile on treadmill.
Didn't want to overdo it before a long day of steel work but every bit counts ☺️

Lat pulldown 8x10 (2warm up sets).

Bicep and tricep work today.
12-15 sets each muscle group.
3 mile bike.

Military press 6x8.
Single arm press 6x10
Lateral raise machine 5x12
Rear delt machine 4x12.
Tricep extension machine 5x12
V bar tricep 3x12
Rope tricep 3x12
3 miles bike

Sunday was back day.
9 sets pullups, 3sets different grips.
Lat pulldown 5 sets.
Seated rows 4 sets narrow grip.
Seated rows 4 sets wide grip.
25 min bike.

Monday night.
Flat bench 5 working sets.
Incline 5 working sets.
Butterfly machine 5 sets.
All high reps 12-15.
Tricep extension machine 5 sets single arm.
V bar 5 sets.
20 min bike

Starting to get a little definition with the weight loss. Haven't lost much if any muscle.
