Preacher curl machine single arm 5 sets of 12.
Standing curls 5 sets of 12.
Underhand grip pullups 5 sets of 12.
Crunch machine 4sets of 50.
Enough for this guy. Lol

Even though it is not a lot of sets, squats and leg press both in the same session are too much for my legs. I have to pick one and just do it with as much intensity as I can and compliment it with some isolation exercises.

Good work.

Lat pulldown 4x10 narrow grip.
Rows 3x10 wide grip.
Rows3x10 narrow grip.
Shrugs for traps 4x12
Face busters 4x12
Crunch machine 5x15
Cardio today 15 min walk and 1 hour push mowing the yard.

3 preacher, 3 dumbbell, 3cable.
Hamstring curls 4x10
Leg press 4x10

20 min treadmill
