Here's an updated pic taken this morning after a binge weekend... doh! Friday night was pizza night as my daughter had her entire softball team over to the house for a sleep over party. With all the noise and racket, I'm lucky to have only binged on pizza, and not tons of alcohol, LOL. Funny thing is I went to the gym Saturday morning, and tipped the scale at 241, was still ripped, and jacked. All that pizza must have gone to replenishing muscle glycogen. I looked great! LOL

Saturday and Sunday food intake was not quite as bad, but could/should have been a lot better. My daughter got me a Blizzard from DQ last night. could I really say no????

Diet Changes:

Meal #1 : 1 cup egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1.25 cups oats
Meal #2 : 7oz. chicken, 7oz. red potato, 1 cup cucumbers
Meal #3 : 7oz. turkey, 1 cup white rice, 1 cup broccoli or green beans
Meal #4 : 7oz. chicken, 6oz. red potato, 0.5 cup broccoli or green beans
Meal #5 : 7oz. turkey, 2 cups cucumbers

Pre-workout: 1 banana
Post-workout: 2 scoops whey, 1/2 piece of fruit

I just listened with a straight face when he was telling me 6oz. vs. 7oz. red potato. Like I'm going to measure that out... LOL. Same thing with the meat. I eyeball it and that's good enough for me....
