Been waiting for a call since thursday...fuck its feast or famine...I hate this on call shit..eh anyway i get pd 40 hrs if dont hit it..Had good workouts still under stress always trying to hurry it jus in case i get the call. I did legs today 5 sets of squats, 5 sets of leg extensions, 5 sets leg curls...looks like i have to build me a block so i can do calves at home...

deadlifts 4x8
I had to stop on deads i got light headed after each set had to sit down, didnt like that feeling,pisses me off wonder what that was about..

Didnt work out had alot going on, was at hospital with the wife so she could visit her pap,who wont have long after the take out his breathing tube,the family will descide that on thursday. I havent worked since thursday, dont know whats going on there..I gave then my thoughts on out of state help getting way more hours than me and others..I am starting to think I dont have a job anymore. I did put a app in for a water truck job which takes water to well sites. No on call jus 12hr shifts 6 days aweek...should know at end of week if i will get that job.

i did shoulders tonite was an ok workout...I never seem to have a good workout when i take a pre workout supp. maybe its because i am not used the feeling.It was mostly an all machine workout
hammer strength press 5x10, machine laterals 4x12, smith machine upright rows 5x8, hammerstrength seated shrugs 5x10

did chest and tri's today for some reason i got an awesome pump..loved it. nothing much else is going on, jus a little stress that i am trying to correct.

I did shoulders and legs today. I did shoulders in the morning and legs in the evening
behind head shoulders press 5x 8
front raises 5x10
side laterals 5x10
i do rear shoulders with back.
legs
squats 5x10 10 10 8 8
leg curls 5x 12 12 12 10 10
leg extensions 5x 12 12 10 10 8
All in all a good work out day had lots of energy...I seem do better without a pre workout drink, so i think i will stop using them for now.

partial dead lifts 5x10
alt dumbell curls 3x12,10,8
hammer curls 3x 10,8,6
cable curls with narrow grip 3x10,10,10
Really was a good wrkout I was pumped and felt swole.

incline flyes super set with push ups 3x 12 12 12
it was a slow start in the work out, but after 3 rd set I kicked it into gear,turned out to be a good workout.

not much going on..took a little break i didnt miss a workout but took days off longer than normal. I been to 2 funerals in 2 days. One was my wifes pap he was 83, so that didnt disturb much,due to his age. The other was a friend he was 46 a year older than me..died in a lowes parking lot with an anurism. Fuck jus gets u to think, we can die at anytime so why not go for broke,take the chances that if u fail u lose everything. I m wrestling with being responsible or taking gambles. responsible doesnt seem to be working for me. Idk i am jus rambling

sorry to hear about your friend! it is very difficult to understand when someone that is close to ones age that dies so unexpectantly.

very impressed with your two a days with your schedule and all.

I m on my week off, plus i am kinda suspended at moment because, i had the audacity to question them on some of there bias policy...but such is life when i cant keep my mouth shut, and have to question shit
