bentover laterals 3x25 with a 30 sec rest between sets...yeah it was fun

its been a rough week so far got my workouts in but i had no time for cardio.get home work out eat go to bed get up 4 hrs later for work.I hate weeks like this,until i get my aycheck..lol

well alot been going on since i last posted..as of now i m 6 weeks from show.Not sure if i will be in shape come show time,I had a bad week of eating,and i am talking bad.I left my wife and while looking for a place i had to eat out and shit like that and i chose bad food.With all the guilt of me hurting a person i once loved made for bad choices on my part.I got my head back in the game, but it might be to late.

No need to be sorry,they were self inflicted on my part...Yes ma'am ass and head back in game..lol

Nation! I seem to remember that you did not tolerate things well right before a show last time. I dont know ANYTHING about the situation at home but I do remember last time.
