Up to this point we were training under the closest resource we had within a 100-mile radius and following his program. Training-wise, it wasn't a bad experience as it helped me sort of open up movement selection and understand programs a little better. But I didn't agree with all his methods or his personality and didn't care for the way he treated my wife on a couple occasions. So we bailed. Not a huge loss, back to doin our own thing but with a little more knowledge.
All we got done here was speed bench work

thanks! I started doing them again about 3-4 months ago. I injured something in my shoulder a while ago and after thinking about it I did little shoulder work and they were a weak point. Better benching now than ever since I included real work for them.
