Speed squats with SSB--
155X3 W/small, medium, and large chains. They are tire chains off semi trucks, weigh around 10lb, 15lb, and 25lb each.

The more I read through the training history the more apparent it becomes that I really need more leg work. Even just a extra 4 sets of 8...I pay a lot more attention to my upper body volume and assistance than lower body and I know it's not helping.
