Cheers for the arm comments guys, TBH my arm genetics are good and what with the running and the powerlifting I have never really trained them much. This photo's a good example as they're stone cold here, this was taken back when I was about 132lb and running marathons lol
Shortz, I can do that, I just didn't want to bore anybody with the details! I realise I'm probably the only vegan on this board so didn't think my food would interest very many people. Off to the gym in a few hours time, might just do some big compound moves tonight. Bench and deadlift for sure then we'll see what else I feel like doing later on.
