Thanks SM, a good bodypart for me. I wanna get try and get them really freaky and see what happens lol.

Went shopping a few days ago, here's a few of the things I picked up...

Made up a pretty good dish with the TVP, baby spinach and raw mushrooms. Tasted awesome, even the meat eating wife liked it...

I've got a decent sized vein running right down the middle too, a shame my shitty phone camera didn't really pick that up.
I can see that vein. If I didn't, I'd be like "synthol much?"

Thats a huge bicep on anybodys frame... Incredible your bicep is much larger than mine.

Lookin good! One request; Can you start posting up what's in your meal pics? I dunno what half that stuff is! The obvious things can be left out, like spinach, mushrooms etc, but the more unsual things would be nice to know what they are.

Cheers for the arm comments guys, TBH my arm genetics are good and what with the running and the powerlifting I have never really trained them much. This photo's a good example as they're stone cold here, this was taken back when I was about 132lb and running marathons lol

Shortz, I can do that, I just didn't want to bore anybody with the details! I realise I'm probably the only vegan on this board so didn't think my food would interest very many people. Off to the gym in a few hours time, might just do some big compound moves tonight. Bench and deadlift for sure then we'll see what else I feel like doing later on.

I haven't had the chance to get much training in this week, full on with work as it's our yearly recertification. Just got my test results back ~ honours pass with 92% yeehaa. Glad it's all over and done with though

Tomorrow and Friday I have taken off work, taking my eldest daughter to the cinema in the morning and probably swimming in the afternoon. Gonna smash the shit out of the gym as well so really looking forward to how the end of this week is shaping up MF.
