Good amount of work in here so far, keep at it.

These logs definitely help keep you on track. I not only felt accountable to myself but team TID also

Hell ya it does, I am a pretty accountable and disciplined person anyways, this just helps give an extra edge!

Good first two days this week. Deadlift on tuesday felt pretty good, pulled the most i ever have on a movement i have never done heavy...must be getting stronger haha.
Hope the Dynamic effort days go as well as these ME days went.


Monday
ME bench-Floor press (300 for final single, wanted a little more volume so knocked it down to 225 and did a final set of 8)
-Peck deck chest flys
-tricep pushdowns
-lat pull downs and face pulls
-incline DB press
-Wide grip Dips
-Pull ups

Tuesday
ME Lower- Sumo deadlift (first time doing heavy sumo, 400# for final single)
-Hamstring curls
-weighted lunges
-Adductor, abductor hip exercises


Wed- off

Questions still stands: In a conjugate system how often do you take time off to rest or have a deload week? every 6 weeks? 10 weeks??

Good work and good job making me jealous! Your first time sumo and you pull 400, bastard! What do you pull conventional? Nice pressing also

I am pretty new to deadlifts, most i have done conventional was 365 (did 375/370 from a 2 inch defecit a couple weeks ago). in about 3 or 4 weeks i will do some conventional Max Effort pulls to see exactly where i am on deadlifts. I think the reason for strength gains is form getting a lot better.

Real good overall week, crushed it. these kind of weeks help me to keep looking forward. Update everyone in a few days

Thursday
DE Bench- decline, speed(go back to using bands next week)
-bent over rows
-rear delts
-shoulder(lateral and forward raises, over head DB press)
-seated rows
-tricep pushdowns
-chest flys

Friday
DE lower- wide box squat with blue bands, med box height, speed dead lifts(sumo)
-hamstring curls
-seated calf raises
-hip adductor and abductor
