Yesterday was off, today started new diet from very well known local coach (when I figured out the cals---which I knew I should not have done and just gone with his ounces and servings recommendation---I almost shit myself).
I'm training back, cardio tonight after this joke of a day I'm calling work (front loaded c caffeine AND red bull).
Not "allowed" to deadlift traditionally so I'll let y'all know how it goes.
