Today I get to share my weak shoulders with everyone. :) Felt drained in the gym and my heartrate monitor dropped for about 2 minutes again even after changing the transmitter battery. I guess I will change the watch battery too and see if that helps.

I don't know if the Test kicking in was bloating me or what but I'm finally coming back down. I jumped back up to 276 last week but weighted 271 this morning. I have a couple of bottles of Epi arriving tomorrow from Lockout and will be adding this in in about 2 weeks.

The lat raises have some weird weights listed. My dumbbell bars are 3lbs. and I use micro-weights for these to increase slowly. Each weight is 5/8lbs so slap one on each end and you added 1-1/4lbs. I snapped a picture of one below. They are just 5 2-1/2" washers epoxied together with a rare earth magnet.

Ordered some fish oil from TBC. I opened the box and thought I had accidently ordered some protein or something. It was right. I ordered 1000. My wife and kids are taking them too at lower doses.

I also got some Epi from Lockout. I will be adding this to the mix in 2-3 weeks. Starting at 10mg a week and adding 10mg every week until I hit 40mg.

MMM nice, that fish oil's good for the joints. That's a badass size bottle and its good to give kids the fish oil too to help their joints

Weight is staying steady at 271lbs but getting a little skinnier. Starting to see the muscle just a touch. Goofy picture below:

The only way I'm bigger then Big_Paul_Ski is in height. :)

Progress is okay. My weight has kind of stalled. I may need a shock.

I started the clen back up today at 40mcg and will ramp it up to 100mcg. Adding this to my ECY stack makes me pretty shaky. I have been off clen for 3-1/2 weeks.

Got 420x5 on PGDL. The last one was a little iffy but I got it up and didn't blow my back. I think I will try and own the 5th rep next week with 420.

I'm going to drop the stimulants after today. I'm due to drop a pint at the Red Cross Saturday and don't want my BP or heart rate up there. After the blood letting, I will start the stims back up and start adding in the Epi. I stand at 7-1/2 weeks of Test at 400mg and 6 weeks of Mast E at 400mg.

Have felt a little off this week. I hope I'm not getting sick. I give blood tomorrow morning so that always makes me feel better.

The traps are starting to come up a little. You can see the right one okay is the blurry pic. The fuzz is thick. :)

I've been feeling off for a few days and decided to give my knee a little rest. I backed the weight down on PGDL and did higher reps. I finally got back up to 4 wheels on flat bench!

Started the Epi yesterday at 10mg. Bumped it to 20mg preWO today. I will probably keep it at 20mg tomorrow since I will probably only do some cardio. Tuesday or Wednesday when I hit delts/trap I'll bump to 30mg.

Shot 1/2mg yesterday and today of Melantonin II to get a little color in this ginger. Will probably drop back to 1/2mg EOD and see what happens.
