I've been feeling off for a few days and decided to give my knee a little rest. I backed the weight down on PGDL and did higher reps. I finally got back up to 4 wheels on flat bench!
Started the Epi yesterday at 10mg. Bumped it to 20mg preWO today. I will probably keep it at 20mg tomorrow since I will probably only do some cardio. Tuesday or Wednesday when I hit delts/trap I'll bump to 30mg.
Shot 1/2mg yesterday and today of Melantonin II to get a little color in this ginger. Will probably drop back to 1/2mg EOD and see what happens.
