V-Bar Press Downs

Had been battling an upper respiratory virus but I'm back in. Just still easing back in. Kept the rests to a minimum. Also did 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 on the elliptical this morning. Fuck cardio! Lol.

I definitely agree with fvck cardio. Don't know how you were able to use a treadmill and elliptical. The only cardio I've been able to stick with is sled pulls and that's because it's outside and I just do 5-6 runs with it so I count down. I can't sit on a stationary machine. It would drive me insane.

Stationary bike isn't very comfortable. I'm pretty much starting over. As you can see I haven't hit the gym since my above post besides some cardio sessions. So essentially this will be a reset. I'm taking a break from school and taking a week off as of Friday. The goal is to hit maybe two a days or even just get in there and get back into a routine. With a break with school, work won't be so quite overwhelming. 80 hour work weeks and school just took over my life. I had zero energy to much besides be a single parent and sleep (very little). But it's time to start back in and hit things hard. I am keeping an open mind to other training techniques and cardio alternatives such as sled pulls, prowler and power rope. I want 2017 to be my come back. I appreciate you guys sticking by me.

2017 is a fresh start for many of us.... and we'll be able to lean on each other to build each other and also hold each other accountable.

Just starting out with some cardio. I'm a sloppy 280 right now and not liking it. Figured I would get my cardio going and start the 5/3/1. Hopefully a log will ensue soon.
