Thank you, Ron! I’ve found that heavy weight low volume and moderate weight super high volume has produced the best results for myself. Something about a high volume workout that just keeps pushing blood in the muscle and producing skin splitting pumps is my favorite. Love just good ole barbell squats and squat press machinesLegs are my natural strength and by far my favorite to train. Nowhere near that massive though. That's some crazy size. Nice work!
Thank YOU, brother! I absolutely love training and being in the gym. Trying to be a dominate force as a Super Heavyweight this year. My weight is stuck right now in a cruise at 233 but staying lean to grow into the show this year.I’ve seen some freaks over the years and trained with some real good lifters.

Maybe try some logs pre and post training. Sometimes when I have a body part being stubborn that seems to do the trick.I love leg day but dam I struggle with growth. Started training them every 5 days. It is helping but I still feel like people wonder if these are my legs or if I am riding an ostrich.
