I’m 62 and have average to below average genetics. But I’ve remained very healthy from a lifting standpoint. I was obsessed with lifting as a teen. I got back into the gym in 2008. I’ve stayed consistent, but less dedicated during stretches. Life gets busy with my occupation. I rededicated myself to the gym in April 2024.

Here’s a gym pic from a couple days ago. I’m not a poser so most of my pics look the same. Good for comparison haha.

Anyway, I really have nowhere or no one else to show a picture. So here it is.

From what’s visible in the picture you can tell you have been hitting the gym pretty regular. Good job sticking with it!

You don't have to display that kind of mass in some pose, it's there. You look great brother!

Fuuk your old! Most old people tend to sit since they can't stand of long periods, hey I get it! lol
For the record, you only have a few on me.
