I wish I had a video of my form; improved by a lot with the knee wraps. My decent to popping up was a lot more consistent. when I didn't have the wraps, for some reason my back would round out at the bottom because of the stop. Either way, over 300 wraps until I break 400. THen I'll wrap at 350 (etc). I'll try the belt to see if it help keep my back arched.
