solid training in here...impressive amount of time spent lifting...inspiring...needless to say I just hope I can get it in for as long....

I'm hoping later tonight I can make it through some more journals. There's a lot of them here and really impressive work by so many!

Hit some legs and it was ok. Seems like everyone was training legs and I was tired (I'm having trouble sleeping) and I wasn't in the greatest of moods...

Anyhoo,

Front squats
95 x 10, 9
115 x 6 x 2
125 x 5

Overhead squats (wanted to see how these felt with my shoulder)
BB x 12 x 3

Goodmornings (No longer bother my back and I can finally do them)
95 x 10
105 x 10 x 2
115 x 8 x 2

RDL's (I wanted to give them a go to see how they felt on my back. Not quite ready for these yet)
135 x 2 sets for reps (didn't bother counting)
155 x 2 sets for reps

Smith lunges

I'm with you on no country, just can't get motivated to that but flip on some Wu or ODB and that sh** works every time! Great log, glad you started this.
