I didn't know that it was still even considered MA if you were outside of 128?

Hey, Easy!

Hello fellow Masshole peeps! I'm from Gardner (born/raised) which is about 40 min from Worcester. :)

Finished off the week with shoulders/traps and tris. I don't normally train these bodyparts together but I've playing around a bit doing random things. It was alright, no complaints.

Bradford press
40 x 12 x 2
50 x 10 x 2
30 x 15

25's x 12
30's x 10 x 2
35's x 7

50 x 12 x 2
55 x 12

Shrugs (from stand calf machine)
130 x 15
150 x 12
190 x 8
170 x 12

CGBP (not able to flat bench with my shoulder but CG doesn't seem to bother it)
65 x 15 (just to see how it was feeling)
95 x 8 x 2
105 x 6 x 2

V bar pressdowns
50 x 12 x 2
42.5 x 16 x 2

Side laterals
25's x 12 x 2
20's x failure

It's nice just to wing it once and awhile, good session. CGBP is the only way I can go now due to shoulder. How wide is your hand placement? 12" thumb to thumb is my sweet spot

Hey, Easy!

Don't be so sensitive, you did move out to the sticks.

And welcome aboard kimm4. I live in Massachusetts as well but I am way more civilized than the massholes that have previously posted in your thread.

Thank you. Brutally cold weekend here...really no choice but to stay indoors.

I normally stay between 8-10" for hand placement...seems to be most comfortable for me.
