We decided to try short bands on an 18 inch dl once.We just put a band under each foot.I thought I was gonna launch up and over the bar!

Some places have a dead station with band pegs. I used the short orange or red like that some times. The shorties work great on bench!

We had a fabricator make some heavy duty hooks on our homemade platform. It is awesome!

Nice video flat. I actually think I found my mistake. I think my upper body is back too far when pulling. This would explain why my deads don't equal some of my other lifts. I am gonna keep watchin these videos

I would rather see a guy leaning back too far versus the alternative, leaning too far forward! Are you doing traditional or sumo?

Leaning too far back just puts more emphasis on your ham/glutes, rather than your lower back.

This las phase I started sumo. Just too see the difference. I found a weak spot inner thigh. So I started doing wider stance squats. I actually like them and less pressure on my knee but havent gone over 400 yet. Everything feels good so far. Next phase I will go back to 5 plates then 6 on the following phase. The inner thigh is hating me right now.lol

What's ur opinion on sumo or normal deads??

i like me some sumo squats but not sumo deads. deads and squats are both very form important and getting it right makes a huge difference!

great job as usual! continue on!

only doing weights 2 days this week and next week going into phase 2 of my 5/3/1. really looking forward to it joints and everything feeling great. no squats this week or deads I still want to give my knee an extra few days.

Thanks ATW.. I am good on squats with form. I just have a feeling something is going on with my deads thats keeping me back. Just ordered a belt. so hopefully it will help.
