After all this I am totally fried and ready for some hot tub and foam rolling. I did a lot of stretching the last week in order to prepare my body for the next 4 weeks of my 5/3/1. I am ready to make some serious gains this phase and I will then Compare these numbers to 5/3/1 series that I started 8 months ago…

I am closin the pool and hottub today. Why waste electricity and gas! I am done as of today.
