figuring 70%. I cant wait to see your sheiko log bro. You will see some crazy differences 3 weeks in. You will see yourself repping weights for 6-8 that you could get 2-3. My squats the other day where 3 sec down and 3 up with a 2 sec pause at the bottom. Never did that before and well below par. just make sure you drink a shit load of water, wrapping knees and using a belt. it will tax your entire body. I have nose tort which is a smelling salt in a jar to use before some squats and after. great program and I will start again sunday. I just switched it up a little and added front squats on the days i hit 2 squat sessions to save on wrap time.
Thanks BI I wanted to pull today but just wasn't feeling it. Need the mono lift to really feel the squats the weight was good but the walking out was to dangerous feeling. Talking to halo today what do you think about bottom up squats?Sick squats and big pressing numbers.
very impressive numbers indeed JB! im glad that the insanity of shieko actually worked! i cant imagine how depressing it would be to go through all that and not have gotten any stronger!
