Hellz yeah you freak great work bro, I swear reading these makes me cringe and then when you throw in the 334 lifts with 255 accessory lifts which I'm sure somehow count as lifts so lets say 589 lifts in three days OUCH!!!! Did I mention how much I hate you LOL... Keep it up bro!!!!

This was a rough day with everything going on. Cut my hand right below the thumb in between sets of dead lifts. This sucked ass. At 405 I had to put straps on. Ended up taping my hand to get through the dead lifts and bench.. Hurt like hell, but I needed the workout today. Sheiko is working its magic. Plan is to finish week 4 then deload at about 60% with core lifts and then max out the following week. Then back to week 1 in sheiko hell

how long is your deload?

could you and halo maybe suck out some of your blood and spin it down and separate out the part that gives you the energy and drive to do these workouts and then ship it to me? i would greatly appreciate it :D

Hawk it is amazing the difference in the strength and endurance from week 1 til now. Thinking about uping the maxes about 20 lbs across the board but on squat 40 just not sure with the amount of volume on the high weights. Its one thing about doing volume at lower weights but this shit crushes you.

Yup, it's a sick routine and coupled with the ridiculous drive you and Halo have, I see big numbers. I have been contemplating going to Shieko after the start of the year, but then again, I worry if my body will hold up. But I love Sheiko.

I say the squats are just too many big sets for me, if I had a monolift it would be one thing but with a shitty knee walking those big weights back just did bad shit to me, and I know it sounds like bitching but the wrapping and unwrapping and belting up that many times in a workout is not good.

You are a machine Hawk! I can only imagine if your body is holding up to what you've been doing maybe you are ready for another Sheiko run I'd add in some curls like JB did or something to keep engaging your biceps in work and not just strain with the other lifts, especially deads.

Hawk I would say curls of some sort are a must in any routine. Just need to strength and keep them stretched. Just my thoughts. hammers are easy and kick my forearms good.

Brother I got a long way to go. but i have put the Ram in the cart 3 times and i think i will get it tomorrow. lol . Halo is my evil brother but then he is probably getting me back for the bands and all the other shit i pushed him into. lol
