Hawk it is amazing the difference in the strength and endurance from week 1 til now. Thinking about uping the maxes about 20 lbs across the board but on squat 40 just not sure with the amount of volume on the high weights. Its one thing about doing volume at lower weights but this shit crushes you.
I say the squats are just too many big sets for me, if I had a monolift it would be one thing but with a shitty knee walking those big weights back just did bad shit to me, and I know it sounds like bitching but the wrapping and unwrapping and belting up that many times in a workout is not good.
Yup, it's a sick routine and coupled with the ridiculous drive you and Halo have, I see big numbers. I have been contemplating going to Shieko after the start of the year, but then again, I worry if my body will hold up. But I love Sheiko.
You are a machine Hawk! I can only imagine if your body is holding up to what you've been doing maybe you are ready for another Sheiko run I'd add in some curls like JB did or something to keep engaging your biceps in work and not just strain with the other lifts, especially deads.
