Ok so Phase 2 of Flood & Destroy will commence on Sunday 11/6 for 8 weeks. I am doing something a little different. Sun, Tuesday and Thursday workouts and I will be using a trainer to work with me on my core, stretches and abs one day a week. Might sound kind of stupid but oh well.
Currently at 272 and 6 foot and at about 15%.
Bench 420
Deads 475 maybe more havent tried
Squat 590 Paralell
The Goals I have for this are pretty big. Looking to get as close to 1600 with squat, dead and bench As I can. I am looking to push myself to the max on all core lifts. I will be increasing my protein not to exceed 320 and keeping my weight under 280. Especially since last time I ate everything in sight and my metabolism went threw the roof.
My very good friend Halo will be assisting me and going through hell with me. This time I will be using bands more often and trying to hit 30 reps on every super set.
